Dear CFOPS 2025 Meeting Attendee,

 We hope this message finds you well. This letter serves as an official notice that the upcoming Central Florida OPS meeting, scheduled for January 10, 2026, has been canceled due to unprecedented low enrollment.  

We regret any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding. The Annual CFOPS Meeting has been rescheduled to October 10, 2026. As of now, most of the planned speakers will be able to teach on this new date.  CFOPS will post an updated speaker line-up as soon as we have confirmed with the current speakers. You, as a 2025 meeting registrant, will have the option to transfer your registration and payment to the new meeting date. If you are unable to attend the meeting on the rescheduled date, you do have the option to cancel your registration. Upon receiving your email cancellation request, we will start the refund process.  Be aware, it may take up to 10 days to receive the money back into your account.  Please reply to this email by December 15, 2025 to let us know if you will be attending the October meeting or if you desire a refund.
